Upstairs, you’ll find another queen bedroom with a dedicated workspace and a loft with a third queen bed—ideal for families or small groups. Step outside to enjoy the deck with seating and propane grill, or gather around the fire pit in the backyard. Roku TVs in every room, mini split A/C, washer/dryer, fast WiFi, and a Keurig/regular combo coffee maker round out the amenities. This home was absolutely perfect — even better than the pictures! It’s spread out over three floors with a great layout: a finished basement, a main floor bedroom, and a loft with two beds (one in its own cozy space). The kitchen and bathroom are beautifully updated, and the house is stocked with thoughtful touches like snacks, sparkling grape juice, beach towels, and even Keurig coffee and hot chocolate. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the beds were super comfy with soft sheets. The AC worked great, and the balcony with nice furniture was a relaxing bonus. Decor is adorable, the location is ideal (close to restaurants and attractions), and overall, this place exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommend!

Our stay was incredible! We went river floating, and usually make it a day trip but with 2 1/2 hours of driving we decided to rent Stephanie’s beautiful property. Everything about this rental was absolutely incredible. You can tell they spent a lot of time, care and consideration into their property from the design to the amenities. The small details really made this Airbnb sore above several others we’ve stayed at. Upon walking in, there was wine glasses with a sparking grape juice. Popcorn on the microwave, plenty of dishes & house wares, several towels, face cloths and even makeup cloths in the bathroom! Everything was spotless and the design was breathtaking. I would love to rent this for a longer period of time! The beds were SO comfortable and so were the pillows. An added bonus having a hot tub and a fireplace with a small box of smores & sticks (with Reese’s!) I can’t say enough good things about this place! 10/5 stars!

We had a wonderful weekend at this charming little house. Well stocked with everything. Beds were so comfortable. It was chilly during our stay so we were able to use the fireplace which we all enjoyed while sitting in the living room. We can’t wait to come back again and enjoy this beautiful place.

All-around fantastic! Perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. About a 7 minute drive to everything in downtown North Conway. This rental was so comfortable and extremely clean. We faced record-breaking heat during our stay and from the time we arrived, the A/C cooled the entire place. We were also impressed with the thoughtful complimentary items: a sparkling grape juice set up with glasses (the kids really appreciated this), a box of items for S'mores, including the marshmallow sticks! There was a neighboring house in sight, but the place was still very private and quiet. The hot tub worked with ease and we liked the lights that lined the porch above it. We enjoyed the fire pit outside and the comfortable deck furniture. Stephanie was extremely prompt, friendly and clear in her communication, helping to make this a wonderful trip! Check out Davis Park Rec area for a great river spot. Would definitely stay again!

We LOVED Stephanie’s place! It was peaceful, private, and easy to get to. The location is great. The home has everything you could need, and then some! It was so cute, cozy, and clean inside. The deck, hot tub, and fire pit area were also awesome! We truly couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay!
