Welcome to Center Conway’s newest riverfront retreat—where comfort, style, and convenience come together on the scenic Saco River. With a private path to a shared beach and kayak/tube rentals nearby, this spacious three-level home is perfect for families, friends, or multi-gen getaways. The main level features a queen bedroom and a twin room just off the chef’s kitchen, dining space, and cozy living room with a gas stove—ideal for morning coffee or evening downtime. Step outside to the screened sunroom, covered porch, sunny deck, or riverside fire pit to soak up the peaceful setting. Upstairs, the serene king suite and twin bedroom share a full bath and a washer/dryer. All bedrooms are equipped with blackout shades for restful sleep. The lower level offers a second living room with a brand-new PlayStation 5, two twin beds, a full bathroom, and another washer/dryer set. Direct garage access makes loading and unloading easy—rain or shine. Thoughtfully designed and beautifully furnished, this home sleeps 10 comfortably and includes fast Wi-Fi, two living rooms, ample storage, and all the comforts of home.

This house was great! It was very clean and extremely spacious. We were traveling with small children and there were accommodations for them including plates, bowls and plastic silverware for them, even bibs! The pictures on the website don’t do it justice. We had so much room to move around and relax. We honestly didn’t even get to use all the accommodations that were provided. The hosts were extremely responsive even a few weeks before our arrival. We definitely would recommend this house! We booked it to go to the Fryeburg Fair and it worked out perfectly, just minutes away from it. The neighborhood was quiet and very convenient to stores and shopping. We hope to go back for another adventure!!!

This airbnb was an amazing experience for our family of 8 (including 2 kids under 5)! The space was very clean and well stocked with everything we could have needed for the kids. The river in the backyard is peaceful and surrounded by trees, we especially enjoyed the deck. The house is 15 minutes away from incredible hikes. I would recommend this airbnb to anyone who wants to experience the beauty of New Hampshire!

My husband and I frequently take trips to NH. This was by far our favorite Airbnb to stay at. The home was beautiful, clean, and fully stocked with games, tubes to float on the river, and kitchen supplies. The location is absolutely perfect as it’s private and seated right on the Saco River. It’s about a 10 minute ride to activities in downtown North Conway. Also, the last Airbnb we stayed at required us to do lots of extra cleaning, including washing all of the sheets and towels before leaving. We were relieved to find that at this Airbnb, we just had to pick up after ourselves by taking out the trash and starting the dishwasher. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience and we hope to stay here again. Thank you for a peaceful, relaxing stay!

Robs house was immaculate. Literally has everything you need. High end cookware, comfortable beds and pillows. The river is right in the back yard. They have floats and chairs for the river! Super private but close to everything!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this beautiful home on the Saco River! It was immaculate and provided all of the essentials. Opting to save money on food we cooked all of our meals while there. Everything we needed was available. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and extra blankets for the cooler nights. The living room was spacious and made for a perfect family movie night! The kids also really enjoyed the small foosball/pool table. We had so much fun making s’mores around the fire and also enjoyed quiet mornings on the porch. The highlight was definitely the private beach! We spent hours upon hours floating on and exploring the river! We truly had the most enjoyable and memorable experience. We are so grateful for the opportunity to stay in this beautiful home and plan to return next year!

Absolutely Spectacular Home, We made the best memories here with my kids and parents!! This House is super super clean kitchen so well stocked bathrooms on every floor beds so comfortable it’s beautifully decorated kids loved the downstairs living room and PlayStation and foosball table and Rob just thinks of everything one should need its there even fire starters for the fire pit everything is labeled there for you the beach path in the back yard to walk to Saco is labeled tubes kayaks there for everyone this house was phenomenal I would recommend Robs house to anyone wanting a wonderful peaceful getaway we all loved the sun room and deck and grill was so nice super clean with all the grill tools you need !! This house was Just Perfect, time flew by everyone can’t wait to come back Thank you so much for renting your beautiful home to us and your hospitality ❤️👌
