With a private path to a shared beach and kayak/tube rentals nearby, this spacious three-level home is perfect for families, friends, or multi-gen getaways. The main level features a queen bedroom and a twin room just off the chef’s kitchen, dining space, and cozy living room with a gas stove—ideal for morning coffee or evening downtime. Step outside to the screened sunroom, covered porch, sunny deck, or riverside fire pit to soak up the peaceful setting. Upstairs, the serene king suite and twin bedroom share a full bath and a washer/dryer. All bedrooms are equipped with blackout shades for restful sleep. The lower level offers a second living room with a brand-new PlayStation 5, two twin beds, a full bathroom, and another washer/dryer set. Direct garage access makes loading and unloading easy—rain or shine. Thoughtfully designed and beautifully furnished, this home sleeps 10 comfortably and includes fast Wi-Fi, two living rooms, ample storage, and all the comforts of home.

To help keep this retreat peaceful and enjoyable for everyone, the maximum occupancy of 10 guests and no-pet policy are strictly enforced. This is gem of a property. it's immaculate In all ways. It is spotlessly clean , spacious and equipped with everything you could ever need and more. The host is superb. The pictures do not do it justice. fabulous location , right on the river with beach access. You are close to so many amazing places. I can't rate it highly enough.

This house was absolutely perfect for a family reunion. Plenty of space for the whole family to spread out, fantastic kitchen for preparing food for the whole group, beautiful surroundings with easy access to the amazing Saco River, plus the ability to tube right to the house! This is a perfect getaway in the mountains!

This was by far our favorite place thus far for our large group. The house is beautifully designed, from the updates to all the small things provided. The location was great with a beautiful landscape. Having 3 bathrooms was a plus when accommodating a large group. We will be back again! Thanks for renting to us!

We fully enjoyed our family vacation. The house was beautiful & super clean! Had everything you needed . The host was extremely responsive with any questions I asked them. Right on the Saco river with just a short walk to a private beach. We hope to return for our family vacation going forward.

Beautiful house located in a quiet neighborhood with the Saco River right in the backyard. Very well organized house and everything you could need in the kitchen! House was clean and spacious. Two bedrooms are located on 1st floor, two bedrooms on 2nd floor, one bedroom in the basement, and a bathroom on each floor- a great set up for more than one family. Loved the sun room, which was enclosed to enjoy the woods without the bugs. The house has central AC which was helpful for the 90 degree days that we had in June! Location is about 25 minutes from Storyland and an hour and 15 minutes from Santa’s Village, both of which we visited. The house had some tubes available for floating on the Saco, however we did not can a chance to use during our stay (note: no easy access to the River directly from the backyard). Host was great at communicating. Would highly recommend.

House was awesome and host was very helpful & responsive! Location right next to the river was perfect for a peaceful weekend! We were offered early check-in and late check-out which was really helpful as well! I would definitely recommend this place and host for a stay!
